photobook and guestbook layout

okey i'am not good when it comes to layouting, design etch.. i'm not a gifted artist unlike my sister who's an interior designer student..... i really wanted to have trei his own PHOTOBOOK and GUESTBOOK. i remembered his ninong JEFF who did his PHOTO MOSAIC last year for his dedication party. so i had this shameless request to make my baby treixee a whooopppiiinnng 40LAYOUT. half for the photobook and the other half for the guestbook. really shameless huh??? on the other hand i found this website http://www.scrapbookflair.com/download.aspx where i can download free software to do his layout. after downloading it and i believe i have install it already i can't click it na!!!!! aarrrrgggghhh... i'm really frustrated na... so i'd go for the other option since the USD is really LOW might as well use it :-) and it's also free ( the cd ) i just have to pay the shipping and handling of $7.99. and i encounter another problem, i can't enter the correct CREDIT CARD number... i hate this so much na :-( i have to find the 3 digit number at the back of my card since i'm using MASTER CARD. the problem is i can't see any 3 digit number!! i only saw a 4 and 7 digit.. in the middle of the night i'am RANTING really ranting to do my trei's layout. i have to do something and think of something to do it... i think i have to learn PHOTOSHOP :-)..... will buy the cd sooooonnnn.... if not for the photobook and guestbook... i swear i will use it for his dedication and birthday book.... i think :-P
